"Are you new to Elk Hunting or just looking to build your knowledge? If so, this seminar entitled ElkHunting A-Z offers the opportunity to gain insight and knowledge from one of our Revital volunteers, Bob Terwilliger. Bob grew up in a family with a deep hunting heritage hunting whitetails in western New York State with his Dad and Grandfather from a very young age. Thirty-one years ago, he moved to Colorado for work which offered him the opportunity pursue his lifelong dream of hunting elk! His first 14 years years he spent hunting on his own with success and soon after started guiding. Bob guided full time for 9 seasons, 7 weeks every fall, taught the big game guiding segment of an accredited Outfitter's School and also been in a couple of elk hunting shows, most notable "The Trembling Giant" an elk hunting documentary which aired in September 2014. He occasionally gets asked to do Podcasts on the Elk Hunting as well. While Bob doesn't guide elk hunts full time anymore, he still guides a couple weeks each fall besides hunting on his own and with his family. This will be his 17th year guiding elk hunts and fly fishing, now working for Budge's Wilderness Lodge: https://www.budgeslodge.com/
During this seminar, Bob will cover a wide range of topics including getting started on where to hunt, scouting, locating elk, critical hunt preparations, gear, hunt strategies, calling, and more! This session is meant to be interactive as well, so bring your questions!"
