Zoom for Spouses of Responders

This month’s Zoom will be centered around navigating tough conversations and thinking traps. Rich Creamer will be leading this session. Rich Creamer, a retired law enforcement officer and U.S. Navy veteran, is the host of The Responder Reset podcast and a nationally recognized speaker. He will be joining us for our zoom session on “Strong at Home: Navigating Tough Conversations & Thinking Traps.”

This zoom training is designed to help first responder spouses navigate difficult conversations without escalation or shutdown. Rich will walk through common thinking traps—like assumptions, worst-case thinking, and misreading intent—that often lead to unnecessary conflict at home. Built with the realities of the job in mind, this session will provide practical tools to improve communication, reduce tension, and strengthen connection in your relationship.

This conversation is designed specifically for the female spouses and significant others of first responders, whether you are brand new to Revitalizing Guardians or have joined us for previous Zoom or in person gatherings. All are welcome!

This Zoom meeting will serve as a foundation, with a follow up in person gathering in April where we will go deeper, reflecting on the insights and focusing on the topic.
