Noah's Ark Retreat for Weld County Responders
If you’re a responder who works or lives in Weld County, this is an awesome retreat for you sponsored by the Weld County Trust. Join a few other responders for an adventure filled time and connection with others. Plan on leaving with the group the morning of July 30th, camping in large tents, and returning by the afternoon of Aug 1st. You will get to experience guided fly fishing, rafting, rock climbing, bon fires, and other activities on the beautiful property at Noah’s Ark in Buena Vista. No experience required for any of the activities.
July 30th - Arrive around lunch time and eat, guided fly fishing on the Arkansas River, dinner, camping
July 31st - Browns Canyon All Day rafting, meals and camping
Aug 1st - AM rock climbing, lunch, depart

Couples Pickleball Date Night
Join us for couples pickleball at 3rd Shot in Longmont. We will get a brief overview of the sport by a 3rd shot trainer then rotate courts and practice our skills against each other for 2 hours. After that, we will enjoy burgers by the Chubburger food truck! Paddles can be rented or bring your own. This outing will be hosted by Lindsay & Brett Biggs.

Fly Fishing Float Trip 8/5
Enjoy a day of flyfishing from a drift boat or raft. You will have the opportunity to catch wild trout and explore sections of river that are not otherwise accessible. No experience or gear is necessary. Lunch, snacks, and water will be provided. Exact float locations are dependent on current conditions. Expect to meet at 6 am and return sometime between 4 and 7 pm (the time depends on conditions and location). This outing will be hosted by Corey Davidson.

August Stick & Puck
Get those blades sharpened and air out your pads. Let’s suit up for some drop-in hockey. We will have the ice for about 2 hours to play, practice, or just work on improving your hockey skills. Pads are a must. 30 spots available so grab some other responders and head out. Lunch will be served after in the restaurant. Game on! This event will be hosted by Chris Whitson with Louisville Fire.

Pressed Flower Embroidery Class for Spouses
Ladies, join us for an evening at Makeshift Crafts in Westminster. Together we will have a private lesson to learn the art of pressing summer florals into fabric and then the intricate art of embroidering around them. All materials are included and we will have light appetizers as well! This outing will be hosted by Lindsay Biggs.

Come out for a morning of instruction and shooting with traditional recurve bows. We will be meeting up at Bear Creek Archery for some instruction and fun (1 1/2 hours) then head out for some lunch at Parrys Pizzeria afterwards. This event will be hosted by Boulder Firefighter Corey Carter.

FREE RTR Aug/Sept Couples Retreat
Responding to Relationships (RTR) is a customized relationship experience that offers relevant and transformative skills to all U.S. military personnel, veterans, emergency responders, and their partners. Each five-star series is led by relationship skills experts and co-facilitated by couples with first-hand experience in the field.
For this specific retreat, there will be a kick-off event on Friday, August 22nd that you must attend before the retreat in September. Everything is FREE and covered, including your hotel stay for 2 nights and childcare if registered in time.
We have had amazing feedback from other responder couples and highly recommend taking advantage of this retreat.

Revitalizing Guardians Park Gathering 7/23
We are excited to gather together over the summer and connect with other responder families in excitement of starting our Revitalizing Guardians group in the fall. Please bring the whole family, whether or not you have kids, you're welcome to come and connect with other spouses and first responders. The park includes a water feature (so bring extra clothes and towels), walking trails, soccer fields, and tennis courts. Feel free to bring your own sports equipment and bring your own picnic lunch.

Take a well-deserved break and join us for a fun and relaxing Craft Day. This is your time to de-stress and unleash your creativity! You'll get to pick your very own project from a fantastic selection, including:
Custom Signs: Design and paint a unique wooden sign for your home or office.
Epoxy Art: Dive into the world of resin with vibrant colors and endless possibilities.
Sea Glass Creations: Turn beautiful pieces of sea glass into stunning art or decorative items.
Revital will cover up to $70 per craft, anything over and the attendee will be responsible for the extra. Will be providing drinks and snacks! This outing will be hosted by Alyssa Bird and Ivett Avalos.

Responder 4wheel Drive Day Trip 7/19
Join other responders for a day of exploring the Pickle Gulch Trail. This trail is moderate difficulty. You must have an OHV (Off Highway Vehicle) to participate and can bring other responders and or spouses along. You will drive up together, explore, and enjoy lunch around 11:30am. Estimated to finish the trail around 2 or 3pm.

Dirt Biking for Responders
Let's meet in Georgetown and ride up Argentine Pass. Most of the ride is low intermediate, with a couple steeper sections that are a bit more challenging - upper intermediate level, but not terribly long. It's about 20-24 miles depending on if we add in a couple loops up top. Takes about 3 hours. You should have a dirtbike or enduro bike and all the proper safety equipment including a helmet. No big bikes! 250-300cc 2- strokes, and 350-500cc 4-strokes are perfect. After the ride, we'll grab lunch in Georgetown at the Historic Happy Cooker. This outing will be hosted by Mike Ladd.

Family Day at Colorado Youth Outdoors
Family time is the best time! Bring your immediate family out for a day of fun doing various activities together, alongside other responder families at Colorado Youth Outdoors. Their mission is to build relationships through outdoor recreation and want to provide that opportunity for responder families. We will have the entire property to ourselves. Every 30 minutes there will be a safety briefing at 3 different stations: archery with animal targets, BB guns, and spin fishing in the ponds. All gear and equipment will be provided, including lunch!

2025 Budges Wilderness Retreat
Join us for our 4th annual once in a lifetime backcountry 3 day retreat at Budges Wilderness Lodge. If you want to get far away this would be the place with no cell phone service, a 2 hour ATV ride to the lodge, and riding on horseback into the Flat Tops Wilderness. This retreat will be for first responders to decompress, spend a few days in the beautiful Colorado mountains, connect with others and learn about resiliency. A large majority of the time will be spent on horseback and fly fishing the white river which will be an experience you will never forget.

Cornhole Tournament at CYO
We would like to sponsor 2 teams of responders for the corn hole tournament at Colorado Youth Outdoors. They have opened up their facility to us and we would like to support them. Revital will cover the team admission. Food trucks will be there, but you will be responsible for your own food. Families are welcome to join but they will have to pay for general admission. Doors open at 1pm.

June Coffee Cruisers
Come check out Coffee Cruisers the last Saturday of every month anytime between 7:30am-10am to enjoy some cool cars, bikes, and coffee. Bring your family to see the cars. Grace Church would like to show their appreciation to responders and veterans by providing you with free coffee and breakfast burritos. 4wheel Drive Day Trip
Join other responders for a day of exploring the Bunce School Road. This up and back trail with some tight spots and is moderate difficulty. You must have an OHV (Off Highway Vehicle) to participate and can bring other responders and or spouses along. There is a historical site that you will visit, have lunch around 11:30 and finish the trail drive at Dicks Camp Site. Estimated to finish the trail around 2 or 3pm.

Corn Hole Family Event
Colorado Youth Outdoors is holding a family corn hole event and we would like to cover 10 families for this event. Bring your family out for an evening of fun playing corn hole. They will provide hot dogs/burgers and root beer floats as well.
