Testimonial from previous retreat - “I was able to actively listen to my wife express her needs for our relationship and our family. We found the time to talk about our concerns, appreciations, and love for one another without interruption from work or our busy schedules. After 27 years of marriage, I can honestly say this was the best couples retreat experience, we both agreed it was incredible. I highly recommend it to all First Responders and their spouses.”

Revitalizing Guardians October Zoom Meeting
Ladies, we are excited to have our first monthly zoom for the Revitalizing Guardians spouse group. We recognize the unseen strength it takes to be the silent guardian behind the badge—and we’re here for you. This group is for all wives/signficant others who are looking for connection with others who simply GET IT.
The topic for the October zoom meeting will be the 5 pillars of wellness that we have developed and will start teaching in departments throughout the state. It is so important to understand that you must first take care of yourself within these pillars in order to be able to care for your family and your responder. This will also give you insight into what your responder might be hearing about in their trainings and how you can both use this tool in your relationship.
We invite spouses from all over the state to join us for this zoom and are excited to provide these trainings and opportunities for all of you each month. There will also be an in-person meeting on October 27th in Broomfield so we can dive deeper into the pillars of wellness and connect with one another. Look for this to be posted in the app. Next month will be a different topic to discuss.
