"Clear" — Mindfulness Training for Responders
FREE 30-minute virtual session hosted by Ronnie De Manna, Marine Corps veteran and certified mindfulness teacher. Learn breath-based techniques used in high-stress environments to regulate your nervous system — fast. There will be 2 sessions each month for the next 6 months with each session providing a different focus.
SESSION 1
Title: Breath Control for Responders
Description: Learn the same breath-based techniques used in tactical and military training to bring your nervous system down fast — before a shift, between calls, or in the car before you walk through the door at home.
No experience needed. Each session will be on zoom and you are not required to have your camera on for privacy reasons. Open to all current and retired first responders. Register on the Revital app.
