Rocky Mountain Pilates & yoga want to give back to responders so they are opening up FREE classes every month. These will be taught by one of their instructors and it will be open to not only first responders but spouses as well. There will not be a get together after these classes unless you would like to do something on your own. Enjoy these FREE classes.
