Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or you’ve tried and struggled before, this class will clarify the process and give you the confidence to bake delicious, naturally fermented bread in your own kitchen.

What we’ll cover:

  • How to feed, care for, and maintain your own sourdough starter

  • Mixing dough, stretch & folds, and bulk fermentation

  • Cold Fermentation, Baking & Storing sourdough bread

  • Ingredients and recommended tools

  • Tips & tricks for sourdough success and plenty of time for Q&A

What to bring:

  • One medium-large sized bowl (for mixing and taking your dough home)

What you’ll take home:

  • A jar of my fed and active starter

  • Your own dough, ready to finish fermenting, shape, and bake at home

  • A printed recipe card and starter care guide

Charcuterie and drinks provided. This outing will be hosted by Lauren Capper.
