This is a gathering for all female spouses and significant others of first responders, focused on connection, reflection, and renewal. We will be diving deeper into the topic of nervous system regulation. Even if you miss the Zoom session on 9/14 with Sicadia-Paige, you are still welcome to attend. There will be a recap to bring everyone into the conversation.

We will gather in a private room at Loveland Fire Station 10 from 6 to 8 PM.

This is a beautiful opportunity to connect with other spouses and significant others, build community, and find support that we all need.
