Teen & First Responder Parent Equine Class

  • Longmont United States (map)

This equine-assisted experience invites teens and their first responder parent to engage together in meaningful, hands-on activities with horses that foster trust, communication, and mutual understanding. Guided interactions encourage participants to slow down, notice emotions, and practice connection without pressure or performance. The shared experience creates space for strengthening relationships, deepening empathy, and reconnecting in a calm, supportive environment.

Jenny Burnsed, MS LPC, ESMHL and Michelle Rickel bring 35+ years of experience working with kids and teens in a variety of therapeutic ways. www.equirhythm.org
